I was pleased with the communication and the work.

I received a generous $50 gift card at Christmas which I used today for an oil change. The service was professional, the people/staff are cheerful & friendly and it's obvious, based on their long-term customers, that people are very happy with the service they receive at Bud Adams Auto.

Bud Adams has continued to be helpful and supportive when it comes to our car repairs. They are the only car repair shop we use as they are always fair and stand by their work.

If I could give them six stars I would. Trustworthy and nice - I wish more businesses automotive and otherwise were like these folks. I got my BMW's oil change here - it was quick and I got an easy to understand check list about a the condition of a few of my car's systems (most of which were fine).

This was my first time at Bud Adams auto repair. Everyone was very nice and welcoming throughout the initial visit, scheduling of repair, and day of repair. I feel like the staff here really care about their customers and want to see them happy. I appreciated the upfront honesty about finding the necessary part for my car so I was not surprised by a higher cost. Thanks!

It was a busy day at the shop but our '04 Honda Accord was checked out and needed maintenance completed satisfactorily at a reasonable cost and time. Thank you to the crew at Bud Adams!

I'm a first time customer. Front lady was fantastic to work with - friendly and knowledgeable. I called on Wednesday morning, and got a minor service completed by Wednesday afternoon. Coupon was great, but full price without the coupon seems a bit pricey. I'll likely be back, but will survey prices at other shops in the area. I'm looking for a shop with the full package: customer service, quality, and price. I'm definitely happy with the customer service (topped off fluids, seemed to do a thorough job with the inspection). Since I'm new, Quality is TBD. Lastly (and this is a minor thing), if you inspected my brakes, then please remember to document how many inches are left. It was an honest mistake that I caught- but I wished that you had caught it. In fairness, the lady in front offered to give me a free inspection next time, and the mechanic also offered to check it again to get the numbers for me. I wasn't concerned since my brakes were checked three months ago. However, I hope that you identify an error-proof way of ensuring that this documentation doesn't get missed. I do plan on coming back in the future. Thank you!
