Fairview Oil Change
We cannot overstress the importance of regular oil changes. If you want your vehicle to perform at its best, and the engine to last, an oil change every 5000 miles if using full synthetic motor oil, or every 3000 miles if using a conventional or synthetic blend, is highly recommended. Motor oil loses its protective qualities due to the passage of time and heat exposure. It also gets dirty with grime and bits and pieces of materials that get dislodged/detached during engine operation. Replacing old engine oil and old oil filter removes all these impurities, and provides the engine with fresh oil that lubricates the engine much better, lowering friction and extending engine life.

At Adams Autoworx we offer transmission fluid change for all vehicles, including vehicles with “sealed” transmissions, or with “lifetime transmission fluid” – marketing claims of car manufacturers notwithstanding, laws of physics cannot be repealed – transmission fluid will deteriorate and pick up debris over time, and replacing it is good for the transmission.
