Such a kind staff all around. Also family owned - started by the grandpa and still operated today by the dad and son. All the staff were cool to work with and had a very kind disposition about them. Incredibly good service. When they presented my estimate, they walked me through my options very candidly and thoroughly - explaining the high/low risks of repairing sooner vs. later yet with no pressure at all. This meant they helped me to strategize which repairs really SHOULD be done soon vs what work could be done down the road as long as I'm careful. They also offered to order me an Uber to get me back home until the repair was finished. They also have an incredibly modern notification technology that publishes a thorough report (with pictures!) of everything they found around my vehicle. I have a very clear picture (literally, and with descriptions) of everything little thing that I need to keep an eye on - whether I choose to repair on my own or somewhere else. Of course, the report also included an estimate if I decide to get the work done with them. Love the professionalism, the thorough evaluation, and the honest no-pressure explanation of everything my car needed. I only got the service I needed performed that day, but I'm certain I'll trust going back to them when (if) I decide to use a mechanic for future repairs (I mostly do the little maintenance stuff myself anyway). My bill for the service I needed was $1200, but they have an option to get financing through Synchrony Continental Car Care Credit if you don't have the cash. I qualified for the current program while I was standing in their lobby, and it let me get the service done with $0 down payment and 0% interest (if I pay in full within 12 months). I went with the financing, and have every intention of paying in-full to take advantage of the 0% interest promotional window. Adams Autoworx obviously doesn't control the financing, but the bank (Synchrony) will hit you with a whopping 34.99% if you don't pay it all off in 12 months 🤯 So watch out with this bank - don't miss your payments!
