Castro Valley Auto Repair

Today my truck picked up a screw which stuck into one of the tires for a while. Luckily I found out about it and for safety I went to them right away. Becky and their technician helped me out checking the truck and now I'm driving with confidence. They did it very fast and with no charge. I'm very gratefurl to them. So far, I got the best result of alignment and tire balance for my vehicles from Adam's. Very good people. Very good service. Highly recomended.

Becky is great! She helped me to decide whether or not to purchase a used vehicle or not by having the car checked thoroughly and truthfully gave me her concerns and advise. This is the only place I take my cars!!! Luv these guys! Thanks

I called in and spoke with Becky over the phone, she was very considerate and knowledgeable. I asked when I could get my car in for an oil change and she suggested I drop it off on my next ay off. I dropped it off and by the end of the day had already received a diagnostic test and her best recommendations for work to be done. No pressure to pay for anything I did not want to be done. She treated me like family. She informed me my car would have to stay an extra day in the shop and before I kne wit, the next day, the car was ready for pick up Good as new. Everything went smoothly.

I had broken my review tail light when backing down my driveway and finally went to Adam Autoworx to get it replaced. Since Adams Autoworx has been the place where I have been taking our vehicles for several years and always had good service, this was the place to go. They have always taken care of my vehicles with routine tasks or major tasks in a timely manor and have always gone the "extra mile", like making sure I had a way to get home. I find them very trustworthy.

The people there are always so friendly and very knowledgeable.
