I had a really great experience working with the members of Adams Autoworx. Becky Merlini was my main point of contact and she was exceptionally helpful. My car had gone from shop to shop with spotty, non-transparent diagnoses, but I really thank God for the people at Adams Autoworx. I was provided with detailed explanations regarding the work my car needed, and a full break down of what the costs to repair were, as well as suggestions. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and can't wait to recommend it to others.

Great and professional work, I called for an oil change, setting up the appointment was easy and the car runs great afterwards! There was a bit of a wait but that’s because the team ran a courtesy checkpoint inspection and found unexpectedly a good number of things in the recently bought car (from a third party) my door handle did break durning the oil change but that wasn’t anyone’s fault just proof of a common problem in an older model car Overall very pleased with the work and professionalism would recommend seems super busy with a friendly neighborhood atmosphere

Very reliable

I've always had a good experience at Adams Autoworx. They follow-up, they explain what's going on, they've been reliable where other shops have failed.

My car needed to be kept overnight during one service routine. Becky offered a rental in place of my out of commission vehicle. Not only was there no outta pocket charge for the rental but I was also provided a ride to the rental place by another member of the Adam's team. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and quality of care for the customers needs Becky and the Adam's team has. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of vehicle maintenance or service. Betrer prices than the dealer with the same quality. Hard to beat.
