Your service is great. I give you five stars!! To start with, Becky is there ready to get all my information, and even arrange a Lyft ride home for me, which really helps. She explained what was to be done what it would cost and if more, to inform me via phone. The people working there are all very friendly and I feel confident the work is being done well, from past experience. It was also a big plus having Lyft pick me up and drive me back to get my car. I appreciated the fact that money was returned to me because some part was not needed.

Yes, I got good service like I presume I should and Becky was helpful with my checkout. I do have a question, though, on the braking system which I'll also ask in the green and white box below. When I got home after picking up my car from Adams A. and applied the parking brake, I noticed that it's Very hard to pull up the handle of the parking brake. Harder than I've ever seen since I've owned this small mobile. I realize my Saturn is over a couple of decades old and I just had the braking system replaced. Is it normal for the parking brake to be hard to pull up after the rear brakes were replaced? Maybe there's a break-in period? Just asking.
