I brought in my 2005 Mini Cooper for some deferred maintenance and to map out future need (these are fussy little cars). I booked an appt online, took advantage of some specials and showed up for my socially distanced drop-off. My service advisor Robert took the time to set expectations, discuss realistic timeframes and costs, and previewed the diagnostic report I would receive. I took advantage of the complimentary shuttle (via Lyft) and received the report (with images and clear descriptions) on time. The report is well designed and it was clear how to prioritize what work would be done. We had a quick call to discuss and the shop took care of the work as directed. During the work, an undisclosed issue was found and we had a candid conversation again about timeframe, cost, and prioritization. I had a lot of work done on my middle-aged car (front & rear brakes, tires/alignment, oil change, coolant, etc.) and I feel like I received good value from great people. I'm a first-time customer who will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.
