My only comment would be, that while understanding how busy you get, it would be prudent to make sure when you park a vehicle for the customer to pick up, that you actually leave room between the vehicles, for the owner to actually have enough room to get into their vehicle. After 11 surgeries, I don't squeeze into places like I used to. Otherwise, everything else was fine:

Two days ago got my leaking tire fixed at Adams Autoworx, everyone at the shop was so courteous and helpful, only took about 20 min to get the tire fixed, very happy with the service and will visit the shop again when I need new tires or tire work!
