Jim was the nicest person I've ever incountered at an auto shop. He made me feel comfortable and tried to help me in any way he could. He even took the time to call the Honda manufacturer to check if a part was covered under warranty. He was more helpful than any one from the actual Honda dealership. I was very pleased with the service at Adams Autoworx. I needed to get a headlight replaced on my Subaru before a road trip and Adams was the only one who could fit me in with same day service. The Subaru dealerships near me either couldn't get me in for a few weeks or didn't return my call. It was worth the drive for me to go to Adams. Staff was very friendly as well.
