Jim from Adams Autoworx went above and beyond to help me out with my car. He showed a lot of professionalism and honest when I was talking to him. This will definitely be my go to spot in Castro Valley for my vehicle concerns.

When repairs had to go longer than expected due to parts availability Adams proactively made efforts to minimize any inconvenience and communicated progress very well.

It is hard to find an Auto shop that is Honest. But Adams, they are truthful, they are patient and always explain what is going on with your vehicle. You can trust them and I am very comfortable relying on them about my car. Great Job Guys!
