My car couldn’t hold a charge any longer, brought it in initially for a possible electrical issue. The diagnostic was sent via email, breaking down the inspection of my entire car (pics included) with what was good to go, what may need service soon, and the red flags or the things needed to be fixed ASAP. Rather than just taking my money, they were honest & found a solution for me as I move to Arizona in a week. Honesty is huge, a lot of mechanics would put a bandaid on issues & just take your money. Becky at the front desk wanted to make sure I was safe, & Bill who also has daughters wanted to make sure I was taken care of before moving for my new job. I’m extremely grateful that we found a solution & that the entire experience was well communicated, transparent and HONEST. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Bay Area!
