Outstanding Customer Service. When I stepped out of my car, Becky greeted me. She asked if I had an appointment, then immediately knew who I was and greeted me by name. When I entered the reception area it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I immediately felt welcome. I realized this was a professional business and saw that all the staff wore Adams Autoworx logo shirts. Becky looked me up in their computer and I requested some new filters be added to my service. I originally wanted just my AC charged. She said the diagnostic would be $105 and gave me a reasonable quote on the service. Becky was so knowledgeable and caring! She then arranged Uber to take me home. My experience was professional and quick, Becky did not waste my time by being disorganized and incompetent. I was so appreciative of her tremendous and caring service, it’s the best I’ve ever received. They also provide free coffee in the reception area, nice touch. Later the service tech texted me a picture of my car and his analysis. It was more costly than I expected but Becky worked with me to make it affordable. I was thrilled. Becky was so patient and understanding. In a few hours my car was ready. I was overwhelmed with joy when Becky told me the cost was much less than she told me, I was so happy. Becky had me sign some paperwork and had me out of there quickly. So respectful. In closing, I will be going back to Adams Autoworx for more services. I was really impressed by their customer service, professionalism, and caring. They restored my faith in what customer service use to be. Excellent Job!!!
