The all-around experience is great. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I took my car in recently for an oil change and because I hadn't had my car serviced in quite a while other issues were discovered. Upon completion of the oil change I was given a report of what other issues my car had and were listed in order of importance. The staff makes suggestions of what I should do, some things sooner others later, but is never pushy. I really appreciate their thoroughness. Would recommend Adams Autoworx in a heartbeat.

Well, Looks like Joel finally retired. It's great to see he has left his valued book of clientele, in the friendly, capable hands of Bud Adams. Walked in this am, several months since last visit and Becky took me and set up the car for inspection around area of concern. I found an coupon online for very work being performed and she honored it. They isolated the issue quickly and performed repair at a very reasonable price. Reliable and Transparent are words I would use in regards to the service provided at Adams Autoworx.

Really appreciate Bud Adams Autoworx. Service advisors are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Feel like I'm getting only what's truly needed for my car at a reasonable price. No up sell pressure. Work done so far has held up well, unlike at dealer.

I cannot give this auto shop a more glowing review. Starting from the top with the owner Bill Adams, down to every person I spoke with, my experience with Adams Autoworkx has been outstanding. I brought my Chevy Tahoe in after another mechanic messed up what should have been a very simple procedure. I was treated with respect and kindness and all the repairs were done in a timely fashion. I trust these guys implicitly. I will take my cars nowhere else and will recommend this shop to all who ask. Thanks so much for your wonderful service...

I was a loyal customer of Autohause for more than 20 years. Shocked by Joel's retirement and not sure if the air conditioner in my 2003 Highlander would ever get fixed as it was one of those intermittent problems that is really hard to diagnose. Bud Adams took the challenge, honored Autohause's warranty and spent a week trying to figure it out. They did a considerable amount of trial and error as well as plain old research. Don't know exactly how much time was spent but Melissa kept me informed about their progress or lack of progress daily. I really value clear and consistent communications and their customer service has to be one of the best that I've experienced. Now it's fixed and I paid a modest amount given all of the time and energy that went into finding the problem. They have earned my trust.
