Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They always get my vehicles in when it’s convenient for me. They use email to communicate their findings. They have NEVER added any “extra” or last minute charges and the estimate I get at drop off is what I pay unless I, approve additional charges before they start any extra work. The turnaround is fast. I usually get my car in 24 hours. I won’t take my vehicles any where else. Katherine
