My car has a rough start and it wouldn't go past 5 miles an hour. It was towed to the shop so I stop by to check on the status of their diagnosis. Friendly mechanic which advised my throtte body wasn't connected tightly and screws were missing from the throttle bracket and manifold bracket. I knew that wasn't the issue that caused my car to stall. He advised he would take a closer look. I called the next day to check on the status and was advise the mechanic had test drove the car. It died on him and he believe the throttle body had to get familiar with the car since it wasn't connected tightly. I was called that my car was ready for pick up and suggested to allow the throttle body to get use to the car and if it occurred again to bring it back. I called the shop back to see if the mechanic checked the EGR valve to make sure it was connected correctly which he didn't. I know about cars just don't have a lift to check underneath to make sure everything is fine. I will go to the shop this morning and pray I can get back on here and rate the shop 5's right now I'm giving it 1 star cause I will be paying the diagnose charge to allow the car to get adjusted to the throttle body. I feel it's an "I think" diagnosis and not an "I know" diagnosis.
