I felt so blessed at your shop! Becky was great about giving an estimate and going the extra mile to ensure everything went as planned. Not only did they beat the dealer on the service package, they made sure my car was in workable condition when I got off of work, not leaving me stranded without a battery. They honored the AAA discount, got me to work, dropped off my car, called the dealer for warranty information and were very ethical about charging for their services! Thanks to Russell and Becky for staying late and everyone who made me feel so loved and comfortable! I will be back! My faith in mechanic shops has been restored.

AAA Tow Truck Driver recommended this place to me. I'm a CV native and never took my vehicle here before. I also drive a diesel truck, so it's always challenging to find a mechanic experienced with diesel engines. My visit was for only a serpentine belt that snapped, but everyone was very friendly and one gentleman was very familiar with my truck make and model. Which is ALWAYS reassuring. They finished my truck within a few hours, but beforehand had gone through the entire quote with me and covered 2 options I could do and the expenses that would accrue for each. Transparent business right here! I would come back and recommend

Bill and his staff were very responsive to my unexpected need and were very kind as they delivered bad news. I am not mechanically inclined and they took the time to explain the situation with my car and they viable options I had moving forward. Huge thank you to Bill and Crew, Our last appt was a need for oil change, a handling issue and noise in the front right side near the wheel. Maybe an "arm" issue. After diagnosing it Bill said "I'd rather save you money...so it's cheaper if you invest in a new set of tires." We got the new tires on the front and all is well. Solid turning and no more noise. We've never had a mechanic try to save us money and we've had auto repairs for over 30 years. It's too bad no one in the TRI-valley has quality mechanics. Everyone at Bud Adams treats you with respect. How refreshing. Bud Adams auto has been our new auto shop since May 2014. Thank you Bill and Staff.
