Adams Autoworx fulfilled completion of a service on my Chevrolet Spark involving a malfunction of the ignition system with a replacement of the transmission shifter. The shifter had to be ordered from the factory in advance of the appointment and arrived by mail the morning before I brought the car into the shop. Service Advisor Becky showed me the part, still in its box, before giving it to the technician to replace the one in my car. The service took but a few hours and the part is working beautifully. A definite rating of five stars!

Excellent service, all details of this complicated repair were provided up front to validate the cost. When the dealer told me what had to be done and the cost I was in disbelief. The customer service is excellent. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that they provided an Uber ride home and then back to the shop, so that I didn't have to wait in the office.
