I have a 2007 bmw x3 and my starter went out. My only complaint is the communication was off during the process of knowing when my car would be ready. I went in and spoke with Bill and he is a really really nice and kind gentleman. I appreciate the fact that he thoroughly explained what was going on with my situation and it was due to waiting on parts and dealing with my crappy warranty company who didn't want to pay for the full repair even though it's in my contract. Nonetheless, my car was fixed and he also got a rental car set up since I didn't have a reliable extra car to get to and from work. I will take my car back for further maintenance and repairs when something goes wrong. Thank you thank you thank you for getting me back on the road. I forget the lady at the front desk name but she's amazing and full of life.

I was late this morning and in a time bind, but my oil change was completed faster than greased lightning. These guys are great!

I always love the efficient and friendly staff at Bud Adams. That's why I return for all my repair needs to their station. I was towed last week. I got a call by 8:30 Monday morning asking for details about the breakdown. Parts were ordered, and by 5:00 Tuesday, I was back on the road. I thought the estimate was a fair price. I will continue to bring my cars to their shop. They offered to help in getting a rental. The whole process was free from stress.
