I was told about Bud Adams repair shop from my mother, and she is a good judge of character. She said, these people do an outstanding job, and she was correct. These people were friendly , knowledgeable, and fast. I know how opening up these complex, and hard to work on newer cars can be. The back breaking, aching hands, shoulders and head take a beating just to access these parts for inspection, repair or replacement parts. They charge a reasonable rate, and I was very ,very happy with the results they did to my 2006 Ford Mustangs which had many problems. It is wonderful to have air conditioning once again, and a year or so of melting in my car on hot days. And once again my car seems to be getting the great gas mileage of 27 miles per gallon it did when it was new. I hope my car can go another 9 years with this work that was performed. Great work. Thank you Bud Adams for squeezing me in at the last minute to get my car fixed (it wouldn't start). Front office staff is always pleasant and helpful. I like the fact that the ladies in the office are knowledgeable about cars. Shop is always thorough - they know their stuff. They don't do any unnecessary work and even provide estimates on work that should be done down the road. I cannot thank my friends enough for recommending Bud Adams for all my car needs. I like that appointments can be requested online, especially handy when problems occur after shop hours. Melissa called me early the next morning and was able to give me the next available appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received update calls from Melissa on the status of the vehicle diagnostic information, along with time and cost estimates of the repair. All repairs were made and I was able to pick up the car the next day-very quick turn around when in comes to Jaguar parts. I will likely need more work on the Jag as time goes by, and this is the place that will be working on it. Great customer service, super communications and honest.

Came in bc my car had an oil leak. They were very professional and helpful! It wasn't all that expensive and th fact they had coupons online made it much better! If my car has more problems, this place is the place I would call first!
