Very friendly service. I had made appointment with Big O Tires and when I got there- the customer service was so bad. Didn’t get an acknowledgment for a full 5 minutes I was standing there at the front desk. I just walked out and found online a nearby place and called and got a friendly voice and was able to drop by and get a flat tire fixed with fast and friendly service.
