Went in to swap a tire out from a cracked rim to new rim. I purchased the tires from them in November 2024. Had no problem with the price of the tire swap. However the service advisor asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I said yes. He was going to charge $60 for rotation and balance eac tire. I told him I bought it from them and should be free. He sounded disappointed and said it will be free and no balancing. When I picked up the car he asked if it is ok to charge $20 for the balancing of the wheels to make the techs happy. I said sure. When leaving the shop I checked the wheels and they were not rotated and balanced. The new rim that I replaced was still in the same place and other wheels were never taken off. How can I tell? The brake dust showed no smearing or disturbance. I paid $20 extra for nothing! I didn't go back in because I had to work. I had another bad experience last year after I purchased the tires. They said they couldn't perform a wheel alignment because one of the front wheels were frozen and they couldn't move it. Wanted to charge $500 to replace a bar connected so they can do the wheel alignment. Luckily I had free lifetime wheel alignment from a previous set of tires I bought from wheelworks. Wheelworks was able to do it. I always believed in using my local shop but will definitely not go back anymore. Very disappointed. I have to get new tires for my wife's car and will be looking elsewhere. Updated 8/1/25 I immediately received a call from The owners Bill and Trevor after submitting my original post. They apologized and promised to make things right. Trevor has restored my faith in Adams Autoworx and what great customer service should be. I have spoken to Trevor several times throughout the process and he has always been pleasant and very accommodating. I have taken my wife's car back to Adam's for new tires and am very pleased with the service received and work completed. I will definitely come back for my automotive services and tire needs. I also advised my neighbor to take her car to Adam Autoworx for new tires and service. I would also like to thank Becky, my service advisor, for the great service. Thank you again Adams Autoworx for correcting a wrong and making things whole! Well deserved updated rating to 5 Stars!

Got an air bubble on my tire out of nowhere that prompted immediate replacement of my tired. I found this place and decided to check it out which I am highly thankful. Staff was very professional, efficient, and overall great. Front desk quickly went out to see what tired I would need and found the replacement tire immediately. Then they switch the tired and within 30 minutes I was all set to go. Great price for both the tire and service. I am highly satisfied with Adams auto and tireworx. Thank you for the great and efficient service.

google needs to add an extra star like AP classes in school. Adams Autoworx gets 6 stars in my book. Took my car in for tire rotation & oil change. What I Appreciate is that They didn’t use it to sell me up on more repairs. everything looked good And the only thing that needed attention was the cabin filter which I knew.
