Good quick service.

Took my old mobile to another mechanic before bringing it to Adams A. No one seems to be able to figure out why my car weaves to the right when I let go of the steering wheel, even after a wheel alignment was done on it. Otherwise Adams A. does good work.

A huge shout out to David Turner at Adams Autoworx! In spite of a scheduling glitch (we had a printout from a third party showing an appointment - but we weren't in their system!). David took the time to look at my friend's leaking sunroof and attempt to remedy the situation. Alas he couldn't help because the leak had disabled the window opening mechanism. None the less he was professional, honest and educated us on the next steps. Uber helpful and if I ever need auto service again I'll go back! No wonder they get 5 stars!

Great customer service

I called to make an appointment, talked to service writer Dave, very nice to talk with him about their facility. I had taken my 2013 Jeep JK to my local dealer for a traction control light problem a couple years ago and the mechanic diagnosed a brake control module which did not make sense because the traction control light would come on while parked, I did not agree with the diagnostics so I lived with the problem for two years. After reading some reviews from other people about Adams Autoworx I decided to take my Jeep JK to Adams Autowork, the mechanic diagnosed the issue of my problems and I felt it was a good diagnose and they repaired it and now after two years of my problem it has been fixed. I’m very happy with the results….NO MORE TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT ISSUE !!! Thank you Adams Autoworx and thank you David.

I always receive top notch service from Adam’s Autoworks, and especially from the service manager David! He is professional, courteous, helpful, friendly and trustworthy, and I know that the service I receive is appropriate and exactly what my car needs. Having a BMW 750i was costly to service at the dealership, so I am very grateful to have my car serviced by Adam’s Autoworks due to their exceptional customer service and sound advice. BRAVO Dave! My experience with them was great. I would give 10 stars if they were available. The staff is respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Their level of customer service was above and beyond .... I was offered a drink while I waited, while sitting on a very comfortable couch. They explained deficiencies on my car and recommended parts that needed to be replaced. I went back 3 days later, after the parts were changed/fixed, and they did a great alignment job ... better than the previous copy and paste wheel store that I used to go to. A special thanks goes out to Beck ... she was amazing.
