Whole service went smoothly, no surprises, David kept me informed on progress & possible other services that could be done. And as this was our 1st service by Adams with this vehicle, he did not have whole record of our car. He left those choices up to me, & after checking my prior service records from the dealership I elected to go forward on David’s recommendation. I had an emergency one evening and had to get my car towed to this shop. Becky and the mechanics helped me fix my car in a timely manner and with such kind and clear communication. I loved that the diagnostic results were given through text instead of via paper when I arrived- this helped me ask for another maintenance requirement before picking my car up.
