My experience with them was great. I would give 10 stars if they were available. The staff is respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Their level of customer service was above and beyond .... I was offered a drink while I waited, while sitting on a very comfortable couch. They explained deficiencies on my car and recommended parts that needed to be replaced. I went back 3 days later, after the parts were changed/fixed, and they did a great alignment job ... better than the previous copy and paste wheel store that I used to go to. A special thanks goes out to Beck ... she was amazing.

Excellent prompt service !

The team at Adams Autoworx is very professional and knowledgeable. They performed a complete vehicle inspection and shared the results with pictures and clear explanations for a few things that need attention. Now i know what the burning smell is from! I plan to come back to have the valve cover gasket replaced.

Staff greeted me by name and was waiting for me when I entered. They reviewed my scheduled service and cost estimate. Waiting area was comfortable with complimentary beverages.Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Staff reviewed serious issues discovered. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend facility to others.
