I took my 07 Toyota Camry hybrid in. They diagnosed, ordered the parts, and got it running great. They were very friendly and explained all the work they did well. If I have any other problems with that car that's where I'll be going.

Excellent communications throughout. We requested an estimate based on a Subaru service estimate. Adams Autoworx indicated they could perform the required services. We were traveling and decided to wait until we arrived in Castro Valley from AZ to have the services performed. The office staff were very pleasant. Itemized our service request and verified all services to be performed. Provided an itemized bill and an estimation of completion. All work was performed to our satisfaction. Informed me the vehicle was ready later in the afternoon. Upon arrival, they reviewed all work performed to ensure I was satisfied that they met all the service requirements. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring services on your vehicles.

Thanks to Adams Autoworx for another great job. Especially Becky and crew. They just replace the transmission on my 2004 dodge ram 2500 4 x 4 four-door. They’ve been keeping my truck in tiptop shape for countless years now. I love my old truck and they keep it running and safe like new. Enjoyed many trips with my grandkids in that truck and they keep it safe for me to keep using and more great trips. their work has always been top-notch and very dependable. Great customer service.
