Castro Valley Auto Repair

Brought my Nissan Frontier in for service that another auto shop started work on but could not complete and who then referred me to Autoworx in Castor Valley. Right away, Dave greeted and acknowledged he was expecting me. Because of the failed work on my truck, the original auto shop paid for the services to be completed at Adams Autoworx. I was impressed they completed a full assessment of my truck on initial arrival, pointed out items I knew needed to be addressed fairly soon and additional items that weren't even on my radar that could easily be fixed. When the parts arrived, Adams Autoworx completed the repair. These guys are thorough, honest and fair. I thank the other guys for the referral, I think I've found my new auto shop.

Everyone at Adams is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was able to use a discount flyer to get my synthetic oil change with the extensive 50 point inspection. They send you a link with the results including pictures which I find very helpful. They even got the car back to me an hour before the promised time which really helped me and my daughter out. High marks and highly recommended. Melissa especially was a joy to deal with and is a sweetheart. 👍🙂
