Excellent communications throughout. We requested an estimate based on a Subaru service estimate. Adams Autoworx indicated they could perform the required services. We were traveling and decided to wait until we arrived in Castro Valley from AZ to have the services performed. The office staff were very pleasant. Itemized our service request and verified all services to be performed. Provided an itemized bill and an estimation of completion. All work was performed to our satisfaction. Informed me the vehicle was ready later in the afternoon. Upon arrival, they reviewed all work performed to ensure I was satisfied that they met all the service requirements. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring services on your vehicles.
