Becky (and David) are the wonderful Mgrs of the Service area who supported me in receiving a prompt, very thorough and specific evaluation of my Mercedes E320 Sport. That allowed me to decide whether to invest in repair or to trade it in on a newer model. They were competent, compassionate and accommodating to my unique situation and I will be using them again on my new Lexus. I highly recommend their A-1 5 Star service in all departments. THANK YOU.
