I brought them a 20 year old Volvo in need of repair. David kept me informed and was great to work with. They diagnosed the major issues with the car and I felt the car was not worth having them repair. I don't feel the estimate was out of line just more than I wanted to put into the car. I happily paid the diagnostic fee because I got an actual diagnosis, a description of what the technician did and found as well as a list of parts and services recommend. Luckily for me it needs work I can do myself. I will certainly be back, I was happy with the work performed and the customer experience.
